I am Jennie Dieterman, the founder of Solutions Driven Virtual Assistance in the greater Rochester, MN area. I started Solutions Driven Virtual Assistance to fulfill my calling to serve others while being a present stay-at-home-parent to my busy toddler. My goal is to help ease some of the stresses you run into regularly in your business. Things like overwhelm, disorganization and getting all the things done, to name a few. With the services I provide, you can put your focus and energy back into the things you enjoy doing. I strive to deliver valuable solutions that work for you while staying true to the core values of my business – authenticity, commitment and thoughtfulness.

 

I founded Solutions Driven Virtual Assistance in 2020. Organizing is my passion, and with the pandemic just beginning I had to evaluate how best to utilize my organizational skills as a business, this led to virtual assistance. I love the endless learning opportunities I am given as both a service provider to entrepreneurs and professionals as well as a small business owner.

 

I am a Midwesterner born and raised. The things I enjoy doing to recharge include gardening (vegetables and flowers), reading, organizing and exploring locally with my family.
